1. Shipping & Processing Times
With the exception of our business records, all our products are semi-handcrafted; each item is assembled with care. 

• Stock Items: Processed and shipped within 1-5 business days.
• You will receive a notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped. 

2. Domestic Shipping (Within RSA)

• Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days.
• Free Shipping: Available on all orders over [Amount]. 

3. Order Tracking & Delivery

• All orders are tracked.
• Deliveries require a recipient signature.
• If you are not available, the courier will leave a notification of attempted delivery. After two attempts, the package may be returned, and redelivery fees may apply.
